I used to dance centuries ago! And so I quite like the idea of the dance aspect of the method. That would be one of the selling points for me.

I’m actually not put off by the length of time of the workouts (at least 90 mins/day). I think because it’s for 30 days, that’s what’s needed.

I’m tempted to buy her other dance videos too! Hmm.
